Abstract
This thesis describes education and development of people in a selected organization. Purpose of the thesis is to answer the question "How to make an existing training system for new members of executive management in the organization more effective?" Theoretical part consists of the first chapter, which explains the basic concepts of education and staff development. The second part deals with characteristics of the selected organization. The third part describes the current situation in education of members of executive management in the organization. In the final part of my thesis I submitted proposals and recommendations, which will contribute to effectiveness of education system in the organization. All proposals were discussed with selected members of the organization. Their knowledge and evaluation of proposals supplement the final part of my job.
