Abstract

In the master thesis is designed to analyze the project management in Koyo Bearings Česká republika, s. r. o. The goal of the thesis is finding the weak points in project management process and follow measures for more effective project working. After a theoretical introduction to the solved problem is described analysis of the current state of the project management. In the following chapters is the analysis evaluated with the help of management methods and are designed appropriate options for improvement the current situation and also their overall evaluation and contribution for the practice.
