Faktory ovlivňující výrobu monolitních fréz broušením

Abstract

This thesis deals with factors influencing production of monolithic milling cutters by grinding. The monolithic milling cutters were made of sintered carbide. In the course of trial production the following were monitored on the basis of chosen parameters: production time of chip removing grooves (tool helix) and the total production time of the tool, effects of the used bond of the grinding wheel on feed rate, and torque values of the CNC grinding machine. Surface roughness was measured on the produced pieces of the milling cutters. Diamond impregnated grinding wheels were used for the purposes of the production. I drew graphs on the basis of the achieved results, and these results are described in detail in particular chapters of the experimental section and the technical and economic evaluation. All necessary data are attached to the thesis.
