Abstract
In terms of my thesis I was dealing with measuring of customer’s satisfaction with shell cement brick. The main aim of this work was to reveal, whether are customers satisfied with shell cement brick or not. I have acquired all the necessary information through the checklists. After the evaluation of all the information I can claim that customers are satisfied with this shell cement brick.
