Standardizace a optimalizace dokumentace výrobních postupů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá standardizací a optimalizací dokumentace výrobních postupů. Obsahem bakalářské práce je nejprve teoretická část a poté praktická část. Teoretická část se zabývá Průmyslem 4.0, technickou dokumentací, piktogramy a metodami standardizace. V úvodu praktické části je krátce představena společnost, ve které jsem měl možnost zpracovat bakalářskou práci. Poté je provedena analýza výchozího stavu dokumentace, která byla aktualizována podle nejnovějších standardů a požadavků. Výsledkem je pak vlastní návrh a posouzení změny výrobní dokumentace. V návrhu řešení jsem se zabýval digitální tvorbou pracovního postupu ve Video2Manuál. Výsledek práce byl pak implementován ve skutečném provozu automobilového závodu. Závěrečným bodem je pak celkové zhodnocení přínosu práce.

This bachelor thesis deals with the standardization and optimization of the documentation of the production process. The content of the bachelor thesis is first a theoretical part and then a practical part. The theoretical part deals with Industry 4.0, technical documentation, pictograms and standardization methods. The practical part starts with a brief introduction of the company where I had the opportunity to prepare my bachelor thesis. Furthermore, an analysis of the initial state of the documentation is made, which has been updated according to the latest standards and requirements. The result is then the actual design and assessment of the change of the production documentation. In designing the solution, I looked at the digital workflow creation in Video2Manual. The result of the work was then implemented into the real operation of the car plant. The last point is therefore the overall evaluation of the contribution of the work.
