Optimalizace procesu výroby klíčových produktů ve firmě

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with key product optimisation used in atypical production of flexible metal parts for automotive industry. The thesis uses theoretical concepts of lean manufacturing with focus on VSM Analysis. It analyses current state of the Daimler ATL Doppelflutig production in the Witzenmann Opava, s.r.o. company and identifies material and informational flow as well as places and causes of waste in the production. It also proposes measures that could lead to waste reduction in the production process of the company and calculates possible cost reductions caused by optimisation of the production
