Návrh modelu bagru

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is an excavator arm construction. The model is to be used for public events held by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering or the Department of Hydromechanics and Hydraulic Equipment. The first part of the thesis focuses on construction possibilities in an excavator arm construction and hydraulic systems in real excavators. Subsequently the thesis focuses on a design of a model where the hydraulic system is substituted for a pneumatic system. In the design, there are the chosen dimensions, shape and load capacity, followed by calculations necessary for determination of number of pneumatic cylinders and their stroke. Pneumatic elements and parts of the arm were ordered in accordance with the values and drawings. In the end the whole model was assembled, the pneumatic elements put in circuit in accordance with drawings.
