Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the optimization of production process management in the production of welded parts in the company Welding house s.r.o. The thesis describes the current state of the company, production facilities, organizational structure, production processes and quality management procedures. The analytical part includes the implementation of appropriate analyses leading to the identification of bottlenecks. The bottlenecks are identified in the third chapter. The design part of the thesis presents solutions such as the introduction of a competency matrix for the approval of price offers, the implementation of an internal Inspection and Testing Plan for subcontractors and the related systematic quality management of welded parts. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the benefits of the proposed measures, which aim to increase the efficiency of production processes and the competitiveness of the company.
