Stanovení hospodárných řezných parametrů při opracování odlitku rámu obráběcího stroje

Abstract

The main aim of this thesis is to assess economical cutting parameters for machining some parts of casting of machine-frame. The first part deals with history of Třinec Steel Works, joint-stock company and the machinery equipment of its subsidiary Strojírny Třinec. The second part comprises the description and analysis of basic used material. Main parameters of roughening follows in the next part. The main goal is to determine tools and cutting parameters for economical finishing. The end of thesis includes the evaluation of assessment with technological and economical points of view.
