Implementace systému Kanban pro linku konfiguračních systémů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním a řízením výrobního procesu v podniku Edwards, s.r.o., v Lutíně. V úvodu této práce je nastíněna základní problematika, stanovení pojmů, které souvisí s vypracováním práce a také autorce napomáhají k pochopení proč a jak řídit a sledovat výrobní procesy v podniku. Ve druhé části bakalářské práce bude hodnocen současný stav. V závěrečné části budou uvedeny požadavky, potřeby a úskalí v řízení výrobního procesu. Cílem této práce je zavedení systému KANBAN i pro nestandardní výrobní linku. V závěru bude navržen systém zavedení KANBAN a celkové zlepšení plánování a řízení tohoto pracoviště.

The bachelor thesis deals with the monitoring and control of the production proces in Edwards, s.r.o., in Lutín. In the beginning of this thesis are outlined the basic issues, the definition of terms connected with the elaboration of the work and also the authors help to understand why and how to manage and follow the production processes in the company. In the second part of the bachelor thesis, will be evaluated the current state. In the final part will be presented requirements, needs and pitfalls in the management on the production proces. The aim of this work is to introduce the KANBAN system for non-standard production line. In the end, the KANBAN implementation system will be designed and an overal improvement of the planning and management of this workplace.
