Analýza konkurenceschopnosti společnosti podnikající ve finančních službách

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti podnikající ve finančních službách. Za pomocí vybraných metod byla zhodnocena konkurenceschopnost podniku OK KLIENT a.s.. Na základě výsledků zjištěných z provedených analýz byla navržena doporučení zaměřená na nejkritičtější oblasti firmy, jejichž realizace by mohla vést k posílení schopnosti podniku obstát v konkurenčním prostředí.

The topic of the thesis is the evaluation of the competitiveness of a company operating in financial services. Using selected methods, the competitiveness of OK KLIENT a.s. was evaluated. Based on the results obtained from the analyses, recommendations were proposed focusing on the most critical areas of the company, the implementation of which could lead to strengthening the company's ability to compete in the competitive environment.
