Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with streamlining of the production process and material flow of the company JM20 Ltd. The theoretical part defines key concepts and areas related to the topic of the thesis. It defines the production process, introduces the optimization of production with a closer focus on two methods of increasing labour productivity and also deals with the analysis of material flow in the company. The aim of this thesis was to find bottlenecks in the company’s production process and to design (or implement) their subsequent elimination. The practical part of the thesis analyzes the company’s data, which are further processed. Based on the analysis we then propose solutions to short-term and long-term goals, which eliminate bottlenecks in the company's production.
