Abstract
The thesis covers the development of quality management feedback systems. A partial objective of this work is to analyse the possibilities of using data from social networks. This data covers views and experiences of the customers related to the products and processes of industrial organisations. The main objective of the work is to establish a framework and a methodological basis for effective and comprehensive feedback in quality management systems, compliant with the conditions of digitisation and automation of industrial organisations.
