Abstract
Recruitment and selection of employees is one of the key features enhance the performance and competitiveness of the organization. This whole process is indeed complicated, time
and organizationally challenging, but the correct selection of new employees and the subsequent process of adapting well-adjusted employees are very important for the organization.
The aim of this thesis was based on the information to analyze the current state of the process of selection and adaptation of employees in an organization and propose recommendations to improve this process to operate as nejefektivněji.Všechny proposals should contribute to shortening, more efficient process of recruitment, selection and adaptation in society as OVAK company.
