Abstract
The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of digitization of the experimental task of temperature measuring during machining using a thermoduo and its verification. The theoretical part describes the creation of heat, heat dissipation, heat balance, cutting temperature, heat measurement and temperature measurement. In the practical part, the readers are first introduced to the method of measuring the temperature using a thermoduo before digitization, where the problems associated with the use of this method are described. This is followed by a description of the proposed digitized method of temperature measurement using a thermoduo, which eliminates the problems associated with the use of the previous method. Furthermore, the functionality of the proposed digitized method is verified on an experimental task, where the effect of cutting conditions on temperature during turning of workpiece material 12050 (C45, 1.0503) is investigated using tool pair 19824 (HS18-0-1, 1.3355) and 19857. A pyrometer was also used in the experiment to compare the measured temperatures with a thermoduo. The conclusion is the creation of tables with measured values, the creation of graphs and a summary of the achieved results.
