Analýza tribodiagnostických měření komponentů mazací soustavy vrtulníku pro možnost snižování nákladů na údržbu

Abstract

The thesis is devoted to the proposal of extending the interval of Mobile JetOil II. lubricant change in the lubrication systems of the engine and main reducer of the Mi-171Š helicopter to reduce the cost of its regular maintenance. The theoretical part of the thesis describes in detail the purpose and composition of the helicopter lubrication system and explains the method of evaluating the technical condition of the lubrication system components by means of dismantle-free methods of tribological diagnostics. In the practical part, the methods of statis-tic investigation using regression analysis and calculation of median concentrations of the monitored elements from the available database of tribodiagnostic measurements from real operation of these helicopters are used. From the evaluation of this inves-tigation, a conclusion is then drawn and the benefits of extending the lubricant change interval are described.
