Abstract

This thesis deals with new trends and practices in the care of investment property of industrial factory. Solves how these new trends and practices incorporate into the maintenance management system of the company. The introduction describes the various maintenance management systems in order of historical development. Another section is devoted to assessing the level of maintenance management. For new trends in maintenance management are described methods for their incorporation into the management system. The practical part is devoted to modeling maintenance management system according to the actual state and the principles of TPM (TPM - Total Productive Maintenance) on selected technological equipment (rubber conveyor belt). For this machinery are proposed new elements for ensuring uptime. The last part describes the methodology for assessing the actual condition of the machinery.
