Experimentální vyšetření charakteristiky čerpadla Grundfos Magna

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with the Grundfos Magna hydrodynamic pump, and its characteristics determined based on laboratory measurements. The introduction compares accessible different types of pumps, basic types and constructions, namely hydrodynamic and hydrostatic pumps. Based on the principle of the pump function, important parameters for calculation the pump and the piping characteristics ale further explained. The description of the Grundfos Magna pump and its control modes is following. The next part deals with the description of two version of the measuring stands for measuring the characteristics of the pump. Short measuring track stand with length of 4 [m] and a long measuring track stand with 48 [m] rubber hose. The practical part is focused on the preparation, procedure, and subsequent measurement of data from the measurement itself in different operating modes. The measured data are compared with the information provided by the manufacturer and evaluated in the final part of the thesis.
