Abstract
The aim of my Bachelor thesis is based on marketing research to assess customer satisfaction with Waterpark Delfín Uherský Brod Services. And to propose measures that would help eliminate any gaps. Waterpark Delfín offers customers services at a relatively high level. But people are still challenging and satisfying their needs is always complicated. In the theoretical part of the work I was trying to explain basic concepts related to its topic. In the practical part I have dealt with research methods and techniques, as well as characteristics of Waterpark Delfín, marketing mix, evaluation of research results and the conclusion summarizes the results of the research, proposals and recommendations.
