Konkurenceschopnost stavebního podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a hodnocením konkurenceschopnosti podniku Střechy Janša, který se věnuje stavební činnosti v Moravskoslezském kraji. V první části práce jsou definovány podstatné teoretické poznatky o pojetí konkurence a metody hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti, které jsou použity v praktické části. V závěru této práce je provedeno zhodnocení, kde jsou vyhodnoceny získané výsledky, popsány konkurenční výhody a navržena různá doporučení.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the competitiveness of the company Střechy Janša, which is engaged in construction activities in the Moravian-Silesian Region. In the first part of this thesis, there is a definition of substantial theoretical facts about the concept of competition and the evaluation methods of competitiveness, which are used in the practical part. At the end of this work, an evaluation is performed, where the obtained results are evaluated, competitive advantages are described and various recommendations are proposed.
