Abstract
Theis created serie of innovations for the product of travel agency.
Thesis characterizes the product of Travel Agency VÍTKOVICE TOURS, analyses used marketing activities spent to support the sale of this product and on the basic of the research, opinions of the author of this thesis and collection of secondary data gained from communication with animators of Neptun Klub creates serie of innovations marketing and communication strategy with the aim to increase consciousness and sale of the Neptun Klub.
In theoretical part of thesis the author writes about recources of innovative marketing, which demonstrates on the examples. In practical part of the thesis is mentioned research demonstrating basis to create innovations. This part is also enriched of the interview with the executive director of Travel Agency VÍTKOVICE TOURS.
