Abstract

The aim of the master thesis is the elaboration of the method of finding bottlenecks by means of capacitive calculations in a multilanguage production process in the production company Česká zbrojovka a.s. in Uherský Brod. The first part of the thesis focuses on the area of constraint theory and production planning. In addition, the theoretical basis of this issue is discussed. The practical part of the thesis presents the history of Česká zbrojovka a.s. and the basic characteristics of their production are described. Furthermore, an analysis is made, which describes the method of searching for bottlenecks and these are found in the selected production process. Subsequently, the method of elimination of bottlenecks is elaborated.
