Návrh testovacího zařízení pro mechanickou ucpávku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na tvorbu testovacího zařízení pro mokré mechanické ucpávky. Cílem práce je navrhnout konstrukci testovacího zařízení dle zadání firmy John Crane. Finální produkt se skládá ze samotného zařízení a z pojízdné pracovní stanice. Textová část bakalářské práce se věnuje popisu procesu testování ve firmě a je nastíněna problematika dosavadního testovacího zařízení. Z těchto poznatků jsou navrhnuty možné varianty nového testovacího zařízení a následně je nejvhodnější návrh zpracován.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the development of a test rig for wet mechanical seals. The aim of the thesis is to design a test rig according to the specifications of John Crane. The final product consists of the testing device and a mobile workstation. The text part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the description of the testing process in the company and the problems of the existing test equipment are outlined. From this knowledge, possible variants of the new test equipment are proposed and then the most suitable design is elaborated.
