Abstract

The theme of this bachelor thesis is the modeling and the simulation of speed control DC motor with separate excitation, which is powered by a six-pulse controlled thyristor rectifier. The regulation is the process of automatic maintenance the controlled variable on the set point control variable. The principle of regulation is comparing the actual value of the controlled variable and set point. The difference between these values arises the regulatory deviation, which influences the regulated system in such a way that the regulatory deviation decreased. In my thesis I studied the DC motor with separate excitation and especially a speed control with subordinate loop current and without subordinate loop current. I examined the static and dynamic properties of various speed regulators for small jump set point speed and for big jump set point speed. The small jump set point speed I set up so that measured variables were in the linear area and big jump set point so that occurred to reduce the current. The speed regulators and their parameters I projected using a symmetrical optimum method.
