Abstract

Subject of this bachelor thesis is Mining and Auxiliary Machinery of the Bílina Quarry and its Progress. The purpose is to evaluate condition of technologic components, including auxiliary mechanization, but especially its effect to the environment and climate. Whereas the mining area is close to inhabited areas, it is highly necessary to pay attention to the environment and its purity. Pollution limits, aimed to protect the health of people, are presented in the Government Regulation (GR) no. 597/2006 Cl. The dustiness increases exponentially with the decrease of water and incased dehydration of the ground which are necessary for its safe and efficient mining. Every technological whole; including the mining machines, long-range telpher with end foundations, is equipped with crushers and several dunes of appropriate height, where the exploited rocks are drifted into another components of TW. Transportation and necessary drifts of mined rocks are one of the main spot, liner and square sources of suspended dust particles, since it is not possible to eliminate those sources from the process in any way, it is required to handle especially the sources we are able to manage. One of those possibilities is to manage the dustiness of unpaved roads in establishments. This possibility is already being covered by SD a.s company in cooperation with KOMA s.r.o. with the Caltonn 25 spray. This research is covered in the forth chapter of thesis.
