Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on analysis of the current state of operation of the Kaizen system in Brembo Czech s.r.o. based on this analysis, a proposal is made to improve the system. Due to current problems, administrative burden and inefficient systém management are proposed for a new system of improvement. Firstly, effective business management is implemented through an organizational structure in which new jobs are introduced. We also describe a news system based on team-building through activities such as the Kaizen workshop, the Kaizen Ring and the five days workshop. Subsequently a new system evaluation is perfomered. This evaluation shows how many new system wil be estimated and compared to the current system.
