Abstract

Dnešní mezinárodní a ekonomická situace vyžaduje, aby dopravní infrastruktura usilovala o co možná nejlepší a nejefektivnější fungování ve vztahu ke svému okolí, ale také ve vztahu ke svým okolním státům. Značná důležitost je kladena především na úroveň výstavby dálnic, tunelů, telematiky a informačních systémů. Předpokladem úspěchu jsou pevná pravidla, centrální zpracování dat, která dovolují jednoduchou kontrolu nad řešením jednotlivých procesů souvisejících s výstavbou a řízením dopravy. Žádná organizace, ať je zaměřena na cokoliv, nemůže v dnešní době zůstávat izolována od změn, které se v souvislosti se vstupem do Evropského společenství dějí a je pouze na lidech zda těchto cílů dosáhnou.
