Vládní podpora cestovního ruchu v České republice

Abstract

Práce vymezuje činnosti státních orgánů v oblasti cestovního ruchu v České republice. Nejdříve je stručně analyzován dokument s názvem Koncepce státní politiky pro cestovní ruch pro léta 2007 - 2013. Tento dokument vydalo Ministerstvo pro místní rozvoj jako svůj hlavní nástroj pro řízení cestovního ruchu v České republice. Další část práce je věnována marketingu destinace cestovního ruchu obecně, poté je popsána podstata činnosti České centrály cestovního ruchu – CzechTourism, která je státní příspěvkovou organizací a která se zabývá marketingovým řízením destinace Česká republika. Dále je porovnán vývoj cestovního ruchu v ČR v letech 2000 – 2009 pomocí statistických ukazatelů o návštěvnosti hromadných ubytovacích zařízení a pomocí devizových příjmů a výdajů na zahraniční cestovní ruch. Na základě všech zjištěných informací je v poslední kapitole naznačen možný vývoj cestovního ruchu v České republice po roce 2013 ve třech fiktivních variantách. Ke každé variantě stavu cestovního ruchu je následně navržen odpovídající způsob marketingového řízení.

This thesis defines activities of the national tourist authorities in the Czech Republic. Firstly, the document called The State Tourism Policy Concept for 2007–2013 is shortly analyzed. This document was issued by The Ministry for Regional Development as its main instrument for managing tourism in the Czech Republic. The next part of the thesis explains destination marketing theoretically and then it describes the principle activity of The Czech Tourist Authority – CzechTourism. This national contributory organization is working on destination marketing management of the Czech Republic. The following part of the thesis compares the development of Czech Tourism in years 2000 - 2009 by statistical indicators of guests at collective accommodation establishments and by foreign currency incomes and expenses. Based on all discovered information the possible development of tourism in the Czech Republic after 2013 is suggested in the last part of the thesis. There are three alternatives of the future tourist development and for each one of them is suggested appropriate way of marketing management.
