Abstract

Master‘s thesis deals with using of Statistical process regulation in practice at chosen company, which is interest on car pumps production and sensors. Statistical process regulation is the essentials tool for the managing of manufacturing processes in automotive industry. The Theoretical part is focused on general characteristics of quality, technology and methods for manufacturing process management. In the practical part will be using of Statistical process regulation and technology at this company at defined project, thru Six Sigma. Evaluating of analysis results from the company. Proposals for possible improvements from Six Sigma using and whole evaluation add value of thesis.
