Abstract

This Master thesis deals with the ways of pneumatic cylinder intermediate position stopping. There is the literary research on the topic and description of elements, their specifications and function principles. Further are composed schemes of circuits that are then designed and measured in a laboratory of pneumatic mechanisms. There is also a description of the Soft Stop SPC11 and its possibilities. The various ways of stopping in the intermediate position are then evaluated and compared.
