Abstract

The goal of the submitted thesis: Implementation of Performance Evaluation in the Organization” is to define recommendations regarding the implementation of performance evaluation in a specific organization. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge of the evaluation system, its interconnection with other business activities and evaluation methods currently being used. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the employees evaluation system used in a specific company. Furthermore, this part deals with the results of the accomplished questionnaire survey complemented by the outcome of he interviews with employees and managers. The last part defines recommendations based on the theoretical knowledge and practical findings to improve the current employees evaluation system.
