Užití technické diagnostiky na klíčovém zařízení koksovny

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the technical condition of turbocompressors used to transport coke oven gas in the Svoboda Coking Plant in Ostrava, by means of a disassembly-free technical diagnostics, where we use vibrodiagnostic and tribodiagnostic. The first part deals with the description of the plant in which we measured, the theory of vibrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics, then the faults on rotating machines, types of technical gas transport and types of turbocompressors are presented. In the second part we deal with the evaluation of measurements on the equipment using vibrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics. The overall result of this work is an overall evaluation of the measured equipment and subsequent future recommendations for the coking plant.
