Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a cutting machine for waste processing. The waste material are fibrous rubber rings in appropriate diameter. The cutting machine is able to process the waste further on sealing rings of lower dimensional rows. The machine is designed with focus on the economic and ecological aspects of unused waste processing. All newly designed and standardized components of the machine are part of the whole machine set up created in 3D environment. As a conclusion of the diploma thesis there is elaborated technical documentation which displays the entire machine assembly together with a production drawing of a center shaft.
