Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the technology suggestion for welding of the gearwheel with regard to weldability of materials. The work presents brief introduction to welding methods 135 (MAG-Metal Active Gas) – gas-shielded metal-arc welding. Next a brief description weldability carbon steels and martensitic stainless steels, diverse connections and the use of preheating. The practical part includes the entire welding process of the gear, including all necessary parameters, such as preheating temperature possibly reheating, setting welding parameters, proposal additional materials and experimental tests design. In the conclusion of bachelor thesis is an evaluation of tests and evaluation of the proposed technology for welding of the gearwheel.
