Návrh metodiky preventivní a produktivní údržby pístového kompresoru

Abstract

Diploma work deals with assessing the current state of the monitored operation of piston compressors selected from the viewpoint of technical diagnostics. Analysis of the current state is based on all available information of the current operating conditions and the lubrication, the reports, the inspections and subsequent corrective actions according to the results of the measurements. According to this analysis, methodology of predictive, proactive and preventive maintenance is designed to improve operational reliability and service life of piston compressors. The end of the work is dedicated to evaluation of the benefits of the proposed method of maintenance with regard to the economic results of operations including the design of the inspection forms and procedures.
