Řízení polohovacích úloh pomocí programovatelného automatu

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to get acquainted with the possibilities of positioning using a programmable controller. The theoretical part contains an analysis of the possibilities of positioning the servomotor, the use of additional sensors and control of the servomotor. The experimental part of the work describes a laboratory installation to demonstrate the positioning of the servomotor, including risk assessment and suggestions of measures to ensure functional safety. It also describes the testing of positioning options for laboratory installation and the procedure for creating a control application in the BOSCH Rexroth Indra Works Engineering environment for a task representing the control of three simulated elevators. For this final task, a specific procedure for creating communication between the PLC and the visualization is described. The creation of the user interface itself was accomplished using visualization on the HMI panel, which is used to control the created application.
