Abstract

The master thesis is dealing with the design of new pressure chamber for the device for casing tubes testing. In chapters in the beginning of the thesis is a description of the testing device and process of testing of casing tubes. Then the issues of pressure vessels are described, including the safety equipment for pressure vessels and pressure test for pressure vessels. Stress analysis of the pressure chamber is calculated analytically and with the finite element method. Analytic stress analysis is calculated by the theory of thick walled cylinders. Stress analysis of the base of the pressure chamber is also calculated by the finite element method.
