Obrobitelnost neželezných slitin

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na neželezné kovy a jejich slitiny. V první části této práce je zaměření firmy DormerPramet a rozdělení neželezných kovů. V další části je práce zaměřena na vlastnosti hliníku a jeho slitin, mědi a jejích slitin a ostatních slitin neželezných kovů. V hlavní části práce je posouzení vlivu úpravy řezné hrany na zalepování vyměnitelné břitové destičky při obrábění hliníkové slitiny – superduralu. Dále porovnáme dvě vyměnitelné břitové destičky konkurenčních společností z hlediska řezného výkonu za stejných záběrových podmínek, taktéž na slitině hliníku. V závěru práce je technicko – ekonomické zhodnocení dosažených výsledků.

The Bachelor thesis is focused on non-ferrous metals and their alloys. In the first part on this thesis is the focus of DormerPramet and division of non-ferrous metal. In the next part of the thesis is focused on the properties of alluminium and it’s alloys, copper and their alloys and others alloys. In the main part on the thesis is the assessment of the influence of cutting edge, on the sealing of replaceable plates in the machining of alluminium alloy – superdural. Were compared two interchangeable, brittlenesses of competing companies in terms of cutting performance under the same machining conditions, as the alloy of alluminium. At the end of thesis, we summarize the technical and economic evaluation of the achieved results is made.
