Abstract
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a new solution and the elimination of shortcomings of existing components of the hinge for I profile. The aim of this thesis is to design a hinge carriage, that allows workers at heights work and move quickly, efficiently, and safely with the possibility of using a remote control. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the design of shapes, materials, and sizes of individual components of the hinge carriage and relevant connecting components. After the design itself, the thesis also focuses on checking of individual components, both in the FEM simulation environment and by manual calculation. Subsequently, an economic consideration, assembly instructions and instructions for use are presented.
