Návrh prodejního článku unikátního výrobku na dětském světovém obuvnickém trhu

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to propose proper selling units of product in the form of a patented system on the child´s global footwear market. This work aims at development of recommendations for the patent owner to which of the subjects would be most appropriate to offer the license for use of the patent and software and in which order the owner should address the potential buyers. A secondary marketing research was conducted for this purpose. It included detailed analysis of identified organizations operating on the child´s global footwear market according to established criteria, consulted with the owner of the patent. The reason for selection of the companies and their subsequent analysis was patent owner wish to sell the patent to a large shoe company operating internationally with the widest retail networks. Thesis results in recommendation based on the result of a comparative analysis of selected companies appropriate for addressing with an offer for buying the licence to use the patent.
