Zavedení statistické regulace procesů prostřednictvím statistického softwaru

Abstract

Práce obsahuje teorii související se statistickou regulací a její návaznost na požadavky současného automobilového průmyslu. Dále se uvádí popis základní struktury mateřské společnosti KSR INTERNATIONAL CO., následně se zaměřím na aktuální stav statistické regulace v jedné z dceřiných společností KSR Industrial s. r. o., jenž bude předmětem implementace navržených opatření statistické regulace. Na základě nalezení a popisu slabých míst bylo v nově navrženém systému regulace provedeno vyhodnocení regulovaných znaků uvedené v technické zprávě. Vytvořené pracovní instrukce a souhrn teorie v práci a přílohách budou dále sloužit jako školící materiály v organizaci. V závěru jsou shrnuty identifikované přínosy a současně vyčísleny ekonomické dopady nového řešení.

Work includes the theory related to the statistical control and its continuity with the current requirements of the automotive industry. Further there is a description of the basic structure of the parent company KSR INTERNATIONAL CO., then I will concentrate on the current state of statistical control in one of the subsidiaries KSR Industrial s. r. o., which will be the subject to the implementation of the proposed measures of the statistical process control. Based on the findings and description of the weaknesses was the newly designed control system evaluated and regulated characters were listed in the technical report. Created work instructions and a summary of the theory at work and the Annexes will also serve as training materials in the organization. The conclusion summarizes the identified benefits and also quantifies the economic impact of the new solution.
