Abstract

The decrease sales of yoghurts in company Danone was the main motivation for elaboration of this thesis. Were used the analysis of market trends and quantifying company environment with the help of Porter's model. The survey and analysis of the situation created data for their own recommendations. There are also marketing activities described in recent years and their current status. The result is the proposal of a marketing strategy leading to the elimination of declining sales.
