Optimalizace vícestupňových ozubených převodů změnou geometrických parametrů a rozdělením převodových poměrů

Abstract

Dissertation deals with the optimization multistage spur gears with involute gearings by changing the geometric parameters of gearing and changing the distribution of the total transmission ratio for partial ratios. The main objective of the dissertation is to develop a comprehensive methodology general formulation of optimization problem and describe its practical solutions. The mentioned methodology is divided into own job definition (preprocessing), calculation tasks (processing) and final elaboration of the processing results (post processing). Draft methodology is the theoretical part of the dissertation. In the practical part of the dissertation is a reconstruction of gearings of industrial gearbox and subsequently compiled and solved optimization problems according to the methodology staged. The requirement of the optimization problem is redesigning of gearing industrial gearboxes so that it can simultaneously have increased the nominal load and have not changed the main dimensions of the cabinet and not diminished strength of the teeth in contact. The effectiveness of the proposed methodology can be evaluated by comparing the draft of gearing according to the reconstruction and optimization. Furthermore, it includes options for further development of methodologies and evaluated the benefits of a dissertation for a scientific discipline and practice.
