Abstract

The thesis deals with the topic "Flexible working hours and fixed benefits from the perspective of individual generations of employees" in the company Komerční banka, a.s. The aim of the work is to find out how individual generations of employees view the preparation of benefits and working hours in the bank. The work consists of a practical and theoretical part. The theoretical part deals with the operation as such and municipal concepts that are associated with work in the company. The practical part describes the individual benefits and working hours in the company. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey was proved, which showed how each generation of employees views the benefit benefit and working hours in this bank. At the end of the work, recommendations for practice were proposed, which can lead to higher employee satisfaction and higher competitiveness of the company.
