Flexibilní pracovní doba a fixní benefity z pohledu jednotlivé generace zaměstnanců

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem ,,Flexibilní pracovní doba a fixní benefity z pohledu jednotlivé generace zaměstnanců“ v podniku Komerční banky, a.s. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak jednotlivé generace zaměstnanců nahlíží na poskytované benefity a flexibilní pracovní dobu. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá podnikem jako takovým a obecnými pojmy, které jsou s práci v podniku spojené. Praktická část popisuje jednotlivé benefity a pracovní dobu v podniku. V praktické části bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, ze kterého vyplynulo, jak jednotlivé generace zaměstnanců nahlíží na poskytované benefity a jejich pracovní dobu právě v této bance. V závěru práce byla navrhnuta doporučení pro praxi, která mohou vést k vyšší spokojenosti zaměstnanců a k vyšší konkurenceschopnosti firmy.

The thesis deals with the topic "Flexible working hours and fixed benefits from the perspective of individual generations of employees" in the company Komerční banka, a.s. The aim of the work is to find out how individual generations of employees view the preparation of benefits and working hours in the bank. The work consists of a practical and theoretical part. The theoretical part deals with the operation as such and municipal concepts that are associated with work in the company. The practical part describes the individual benefits and working hours in the company. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey was proved, which showed how each generation of employees views the benefit benefit and working hours in this bank. At the end of the work, recommendations for practice were proposed, which can lead to higher employee satisfaction and higher competitiveness of the company.
