The theoretical part defines the concept of employee benefits, their role in human resource management, and their importance in relation to employee motivation and job satisfaction. It also includes a basic classification of employee benefits. The practical part analyzes selected organizations with different legal forms. First, their benefit systems are described, and then the results of a questionnaire survey conducted among employees are evaluated. The research focuses on work motivation, satisfaction with the work environment, and the importance of individual benefits. The results show that the approach to providing employee benefits differs mainly depending on the size and nature of the organization. At the same time, it was found that employee benefits are not the main factor when choosing a job, but rather complement basic working conditions.
