Transformace podniku pomocí krizového managementu

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce "Transformace podniku pomocí krizového managementu" je vymezit ty nejzákladnější typy transformace podniků po stránce obsahové i vlastních souvislostí. Krizový management bude předložen jako arsenál metod a nástrojů, kterými je možné řešit klíčové momenty, které mohou při změnových procesech nastat a vlastní transformaci ohrozit. Úvodní část je věnována teoretickému vymezení transformace podniku. Praktická část je věnována třem transformačním projektům, a to konkrétně společnosti Medicon group, akciové společnosti Chance, a.s. a společnosti Zevar group. Následně je provedeno shrnutí, komparace a definování významných krizí v těchto transformačních projektech.

The aim of the dissertation „Transformation of an enterprise using crisis management“ is to define basic types of transformations of enterprises in relation to their content and other related context. Crisis management will be displayed as an arsenal of methods and tools, through which it is possible to exercise control over key situations, which can occur throughout the transformation and thus jeopardize the very transformation process. Introduction of the dissertation deals with theoretical definition of a transformation of an enterprise. Practical part is dedicated to three transformation projects, concretely the Medicon group company project, Chance a.s. project and Zevar group company project. Final part of the dissertation summarises, compares and defines significant crisis in these transformation projects.
