Externí finanční analýza firmy PILANA a.s.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá externí finanční analýzou firmy PILANA a.s. V úvodu je představena firma, její základní informace, čím se zabývá, oblast působení a stručná historie firmy. Následně je probrána základní teorie k finanční stabilitě a jsou uvedeny nejdůležitější vztahy a metody potřebné k výpočtu. Na základě teoretických východisek je provedena finanční analýza firmy a výsledky jsou zhodnoceny a posouzeny. Pro zjištěné nedostatky jsou doporučena obecná řešení, která povedou ke zlepšení finanční situace podniku. Veškeré výroční zprávy a důležité veřejně dostupné informace jsou obsaženy v příloze bakalářské práce.

Bachelor thesis is dealing with the external financial analysis of the company PILANA a.s. In the introduction is presented the company, its basic information, what it deals with, the area of influence and the brief history of the company. Subsequently it’s discussed the basic theory for financial stability and are stated the most important formulas and methods needed for calculation. Based on the theoretical foundations, it’s performed the financial analysis of the company and the results are evaluated and assessed. For the identified deficiencies are recommended general solutions, that will lead to the improvement of financial situation of the company. All balance sheets and important, publicly accessible information are included in the enclosure of the bachelor thesis.
