The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and proposals for improving the capacity of the production process of serial production in the choose company. In plan for 2021 is increase customer order by 15 % and the lack of qualified employees in the labor market causes even greater demands to avoid waste and waste manipulation and eliminate excess production to speed up the time of delivery of products to the customer. The thesis contains an analysis of the production plan of the selected product, mapping the production flow, production time and finding bottlenecks in production and inter-operational stocks. Proposals are prepared for the found key problems, which should lead to their elimination.
