Abstract

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the possibility of the company's expansion into the Hungarian market. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the exogenous and endogenous environment of the company using several methods and to evaluate the suitability of the given market for expansion. Based on these analyses, the thesis presents proposals and a preliminary budget for the company, where it evaluates the level of risk and estimates the return on investment.
